Frequently asked questions

How do I get a price?
Send your product details, target filling volume, bag format, and target speed via the inquiry form, WhatsApp, or email. Pricing depends on configuration, so we quote per project — typically within 24 hours.
Do you have a minimum order quantity?
No — most customers order a single machine or line. Volume pricing applies to multi-machine projects.
What documentation do you supply?
CE certificates, electrical diagrams, operation and maintenance manuals, spare-parts lists, and FAT reports. GMP/FDA documentation packages are available for pharma configurations.
What is the average lead time?
60–90 days for standard configurations after design confirmation; customized machines are quoted per scope.
Can you test my product before I buy?
Yes. Ship us product and film samples and we run trials on a comparable machine, with video of the full packing process and sample pouches returned to you.
Do you support installation abroad?
Yes — our commissioning engineers travel worldwide. Installations are booked at least 4 weeks ahead; remote video commissioning is also available.
What about spare parts and consumables?
Common wear parts ship from stock in Shanghai. Under warranty, manufacturing-defect parts and delivery are free (wear parts excluded).
Can machines handle recyclable mono-material films?
Yes — sealing systems can be configured for mono-PE and mono-PP films; send your film spec for verification.
How is operator training handled?
Two working days of free training for your technicians at our Shanghai factory, covering operation, changeover, and maintenance.
Can I see a machine running my type of product?
Usually yes — with 50+ models across 40+ countries we can share reference videos for most product and bag combinations. Ask with your inquiry.
Buying Guides

Choosing the right machine

Guide

HFFS vs VFFS vs premade pouch — which platform fits your product?

Roll-film forming is cheapest per pouch; premade bags win on cosmetics and small runs. The deciding factors are product behavior, volume, and bag format.

Guide

How many lanes does your stick-pack line need?

Work backward from sticks per minute: lanes × cycles/min = output. We help you balance lane count against changeover flexibility.

Guide
